Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for using online services without parental consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You own the shows, ratings, reviews, photos, and video clips you log in Swish. By posting content, you grant Swish a license to store and display it as directed by your privacy settings — for example, showing it to yourself always, and to mutuals or the public when you choose to share it.

Don't post unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing content. We may remove content that violates these terms and suspend or terminate accounts for abuse. See our Privacy Policy for how reports and moderation work.

Swish is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may modify, add, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details on what that removes.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
